What is the difference between forester sti and a standard s/tb just wanna know?

Never had much to do with a forry before but kiwi fozze or the like will know

all I know is that an STI version of a forester may have a VF something turbo, maybe better injectors, better suspension etc stuff like that where as your standard forester will have a TD04,turbo grey injectors and so fourth but I don\'t know never researched or read anything about them

Sti forester is almost same spec as the sti wagon, depending on model

st/b were early SF5\'s? there was no STI version

STI Fozzys are only late model

There were a VERY limited run of sf5c and sf5d revision foresters (face lift model) available, with 4pots and no dccd, same engine as an sti impreza. Version 7 on, the sti was a 2.5 single scroll (japan) until first facelift on SG chassis, which became available as twin scroll (again, japan) same turbo as the impreza iirc. No dccd, but they got the 6 speed and brembos

Forester Sti II Type M

There was an auto version of STI II too but that wasn\'t much different from s/tb: different bumpers, interior trim and dash, 4 pots and golden 16" forged BBS rims.

I was just wondering I have an s/tb identical shape to the ones in pic but I\'ve got a v5 sti going in it tomorrow yay but it won\'t have 4 pot sti embroidered interior and that is about it really

Pretty much. All the sti impreza seats bolt in,pre v10 about 2 inches lower seating position. 4pots bolt on... its an impreza platform with a big boot, spaced subframe and taller struts

Best method is just say something wildly inaccurate - peeps can\'t help but correct

Then you end up with WAY COOL brochures being posted up which is mucho handy
