You want a 6s or 1s ecu, phase 1 yellows (so off a v3/4 wrx or sti) Orange afm, the pipe the goes from the AFM to the under mainfold intake. And possibly new boost controller as I\'m not sure if the boost solenoid is the same between non-sti and sti versions (let alone wagon and sedan for these years)

Cool. Grab the other bits, keep the boosty around 10~12psi and you should be okay.

Keep in mind the EJ20G in the Wagon has a high compression ratio compared to the STi so the ECU may not play well and you run a high chance of popping something.

also the rev limit , it will work and go fast (ish). but dont be surprised if it lasts less than a year .through no fault of anyones just because your asking more of the engine than it was designed to deal with and its already half worn

I\'ve read people doing the upgrade have great success, others the engine didn\'t last long at all before giving out.

The engine isn\'t as strong as a STi and also has a higher compression ratio so the aggressive and mismatched tune on a 6S or 1s ain\'t going to be a perfect match.

Always run 98, remember your engine doesn\'t rev as high as an STi engine and don\'t go crazy with the boost.

I just dont get why youre even bothering with this crap when youre running a TD04. Change the turbo to a VF22/23/24/28/29/30/34 or TD05, get a cheap boost tap then strap it down to a dyno and wind up the boost while checking knock/afr so you know the bottom end will stay together. Similar money and better bang for buck. Doing the ecu swap thing is a piss arse waste of time without the turbo to match.

Speedlab chips on trade me $150 plus $40 for either launch control,knock protection,overheat protection. Can remove fuel,boost cut,speed cut make rev more and boost up to wat u want. It has a gfb boost tap, but doesn\'t like it over 12psi cuts etc the car has exhaust dowpipe 6puk cushion button clutch veeport bov and walbro 500hp fuel pump runs really well is quick now I want it faster, so I got yellow 550cc injectors, orange afm and now I need the ecu,or chip plus turbo upgrade to match well

Moar boosties does not = moar powar.

I highly suggest whatever you do you strap it to a dyno before you drive it to its death. Youre probably hitting boost cut at 12psi idk what they run on early stuff.

filthyrich on here does chips talk to him about something to suit yellows/turbo etc.

speedlab only do 4 plug ecus legacy and wrx version 1/2

also 6s ecu is version 3/4 and 3 plug

      Afternoon team,
      im new to the group first time posting. Im hoping some body can help me get my launch control all dialled in on my link g4x. Ive had the computer and car all tuned from chris at prestige awesome knowlegable guy super happy with the results but now im wanting to get my launch/anti lag all dialled in. Ive been reading multiple different forums etc all with different conflicking information which has made me nervious with what do i listen to this or that if you get what i mean. Now ive started to make myself familiar with my PClink software etc the past few weeks and im eager to learn how to do minor setups or tweaks etc so im not relieing on my tuner so much and obviously saving myself abit hurt in the back pocket. 
      Now back to the question at hand.... Im wondering if theres and one who could please share there knowledge and wisdom with setting all my values, timing, fuel etc when i have launch control armed and engaged, or even a launch tune file they can possibly send me to load onto my tune. Ive figured out the setup of my digital inputs turning launch control on etc and its obvisously on its pre set factory settings. It engages but doesnt sound the greatest or as angry as it should i feel. Hence reaching out to you good buggers.
