BNT. Completed online form enquiring about availability of dba rotors for which they are distributors. Day later no response so phoned them and they acknowledged receipt of enquiry and asked if I had a response. If i did, I wouldn't be calling 

Ok, a promise to get back to me shortly.

Another day goes by and still no response. Obvioulsy don't need my business and the $1k + so have now gone elsewhere......

I've found that vehicle related suppliers don't like email and much prefer phone calls.

I definitely agree, havent had much luck with BNT over email...

I found if I sent my partner in to get parts she always received good service, and got it for cheaper than I was quoted.

Also never had an issue with calling them for prices - This is at the Hornby branch in Christchurch.

Maybe you could try calling another branch and see what response they give you. Also they can get the parts sent to the store you want for no charge and you just pick up from there.

Annoys me heaps too. You can read/reply whenever you want, you can always come back to it and check some details if needed, also much easier if getting quotes from a few different places at the same time.

i love my emails, can shoot em off to multiple places at the same time, on my own time. in this day and age it's not unreasonable to expect a response within 1-2 business days... and calling back when they say they will is customer service 101.

Been told Autostop stopped stocking DBA as they're too expensive and hardly anyone buy them.
