07 Legacy GTB Exhaust

Hey Guys,

 

Just seeking some advice around a cat back exhaust for my 07 gtb, I have the subtech downpipe (to be installed) but I'm looking to upgrade cat back for a good tone. I am tuning for 98 with a GS 3 port boost solenoid (to be installed at the same time too) as well. Any suggestions? I don't want it to be obnoxiously loud but have a good sound to it.

Is yours auto or manual?

The downpipe and 3-port will give you a decent bump in power compared to stock.

 

The Invidia q300 is quite nice. Reasonably quiet at idle compared to some other options. Quad tips suit these cars way better than monster cannons in my opinion.

 

Bought mine from the US at a ridiculous cost a few years ago as there was no NZ dealer at the time but now @mlracing.co.nz is the NZ distributor so can do them considerably cheaper. 

 

Bit of a thread we have going for exhausts on these cars.

How they look on mine.

It's a 5 spd auto unfortunately just swapped my 5 spd manual. I'll definitely check out that thread but, I was actually looking at the q300 earlier so I think I'll be taking that path. Looks mint btw!
