Went to fit up power steering pump bracket, found I can't get rear bolt in since it goes right behind one of the runners for the flows, by then I had reached my quota of what I could be bothered doing today so I left it at that, another day lol

Still finding parts to strip, paint and polish. I've lost the before photo, but it was pretty ugly.

Polished fuel lines, injectors and TMIC bracket fitted to painted BH5B manifold:

Painted and polished GDB header tank reinstalled and vac hoses fitted, used to have 23 numbered TT vac hoses, now I'll have 4:

Started putting the BL back to stock, and started talks for a new daily. At the moment its down to 2 cars, and before someone says it:

Re-greased my front swaybar bushes. Back to an almost squeak free ride!

Installed my Rainbow Components.

Pro tip, if you're ever going to install components, plan everything out and have a good 10 hours of free time. They're not as easy as you'd think to install.

Also got to drive a V4 STi RA. Damn.

Did the brembo conversion on the front of the BH5 inc v7 STi rotors. Had to take the v7 wheels off the v5 as the 19s from the BH5 didn't clear brembos by about 1mm!!! Thought I had blead brakes properly but NO! Don't know what the hell I've done wrong, but when you pump peddle fast it hardens up like normal then just looses all pressure and peddle goes right back to firewall....stuck!!

I washed both, trademe-ed both and test drove too many and now we have a stupid first world problem of arguing what car we want to trade up to
