What have you done to your car today?

I would've thought camber should be even and that less caster on the left will compensate for the camber of the road. Was it a full alignment or a typical 'alignment' aka toe check?

Some ppl set a different camber for each side to compensate for roundabouts . They basically say : you turn more often right or you turn more often left . Haven't checked if it's the right side on your car though

For $89 I'd expect a more than just the basic toe check. Will probably go elsewhere in future.

It seems to be the new standard in pricing. I have rung everywhere in Wellington and they all said $90.

On Monday, the store manager at hyper said they got a brand new $120k laser alignment machine at hyper penrose. @1randomkiwi

Don't know what effect that will have on alignments  

 

Once I do my struts this weekend, i'll probably take it to autoline aye. They are happy to align to your specifications as well.

My front camber specs are similar to yours @1randomkiwi

You want more caster on the left to counter the camber in the road. You have the opposite and it's not adjustable on your car. So running more camber on the left is the way to go. But it looks like you got a toe and go with no camber changes. 

 

Tip, next time you need a wheel alignment set the camber well out of spec so they have to adjust it.

Replaced steering rack bushes with Whiteline ones. Absolute sh*t job to do and I'm not entirely satisfied that I did it right. Whoever said its an easy swap can, to quote Abraham on The Walking Dead, suck my nuts! I never want to do this again! Whinge over

Finally fitted the rest of the Whiteline gear and gave it a wheel alignment. Looks like we all doing alignments at the moment haha

Our cars wheel alignments are like periods, gone all in sync and S***.

I had mine done recently too. Ive always run 1mm toe out front and 0mm rear. Went to 1mm out in the rear this time and it feels very 4 wheel steery. Need to do some more driving to see if i can get used to it or not.

Got mine done to 'street spec' after putting the alloy arms, ALK and RE003s on. Dat front toe before tho.

Usually you would have more camber in the front than the rear on a WRX. Do you have aftermarket camber bolts in the rear and stock fronts?

That's entirely dependent on the setup you've gone for. 

I'd be trying to do something Similar with my RA with about -1.5 degrees in the rear, about -1 degree in the front, but with a hell of a lot more caster to induce more 'progressive' camber.

Nope, stock bolts front and rear. I read somewhere that 1.3 negative is standard on my car. With alloy arms, ALK and 'free caster mod' I've gained 1 degree caster over factory wagon specs.
