I have figures out a few of them, but would like to know what the one thats a long stream of Kanji and then showing 210 Km's I could assume that its the kms till empty one??

I have just picked up a tidy imported 2006 Legacy B4, I love it to bits except, the Gauge Cluster is all in japanese, is there any way to set this to english or do i have to take it to an auto sparky to set it up to english?
