So bumping this from the dead I know but if I am using factory regs and rails (2 x Drivers side rails) I have to cut the end that doesnt have the reg and flare it on each. Is that correct?

If so how did you guys cut them? Hacksaw?

Everything else seems fairly explanatory from the pictures...

yer thats the easyest way then use a file to get the sharp bits off, give it a good clean up make sure no metal bits in there

to answer a question above... the clutch fork matches the clutch you use. 5mt clutch... 5mt fork, 6mt clutch... 6mt fork.

same with the starter motor, use the one that belongs with the clutch assembly.

6mt clutch is slighter larger so has more clamping force.

josh you rough ***t..... lol i run dccd AND r160 in the rear end and haven't smashed any axles yet. /touch wood

cant be giving it a enough of the go go pedal then lol ;D

& The mrs can add it up as much as they like but until they start paying for it, I'm sure it doesn't matter its just money,

they are more than capable of making & spending it too, maybe just not on tools/beer & mods but worse hair/make up, shoes, ornaments.... but its not my money ;D

haha so true im lucky as iv got the car hidden at work so she has no idea lol
