I love how so often the people who do things legitimatly are the ones that get screwed over by BS.

On a side note I would be pretty pissed if I got a fine for wheel size, as 2 of my cars that have been certed have the wrong size printed on the plate (both half an inch thinner then what they are), AND my Galant has inline 4 on the plate (when it's a V6) :
