  1. Cheers for all the info, Finally got this sorted just cut off the old flange and welded it to the new exhaust. Everything else lined up sweet, Sounds great, Although theres not so much of the subi rumble. However its much more responsive.

  2. Anyone able to help me with finding a turbo gasket & Flange for my car? or able to tell me what turbo i may have, cant seem to find any info.

Have been everywhere trying to find gasket, i brought a new full xforce exhaust and was told it would bolt up, i removed all of it breaking all bolts, to find out that the flange on the new one is different.

    Any help is appreciated.

    cheers

    Here is my gasket.

  3. Hello... I can't seem to find much on a stock WRX with this issue.

I have a 2007 WRX Wagon and Live in Wellington. I recently notice this problem after i washed my car on Wednesday, I started driving to get the missus from work and then the started blinking at the same time that the check engine light (not blinking) came on. It was not the loose gas cap issue and to my knowledge nothing is astray with air flow or the performance of the car (although I have been babying it more than usual since it happened). I have only 1 minor mod as of yet and that's a boost gauge but that doesn't affect it.

I know the car yard will do the $$$ diagnostic on it but was curious if anyone had any suggestions or if nothing else, an estimate on what they are going to charge me for say an air/fuel sensor replacement or some other random burnt out part replacement... so if anyone has a suggestion on a local shop that can do good work for less than Subaru can would help,

Sucks that this has happened right be for Christmas/New years, As ill be going to Tauranga for New years and was planning to take this.

All that i have found on the internet is this

    CEL read

Got the CEL read done and it read as follows.

    CEL code = P0456

EVAP system leak detected - very small leak

    Probable cause

    1. Faulty canister vent solenoid

    2. Faulty canister purge solenoid

    3. faulty fuel cap (fairly certain this isn't the issue)

    4. EVAP system hose malfunction

Which seems to be similar to mine although i haven't had the reading done yet, if washing my car does this what is wrong with subaru lol :(

Thanks all I appreciate any input!
