  1. im like 99% sure its to do with the timing and carby settings cause somebody had a botchy as go at tuning before i bought it cause sleeperfoz had a look and reckoned timing was 180 degrees out or sometihng as it was around on the slides as far as it would go....And the carb settings were all up the wall

  2. Reubz if you laughing about that cause of his pic thats not it now lol..that was when he got the car and it had compressed springs was the lowest legacy of that shape i had ever seen by far was frigging slammed

  3. Right iv just got my 1.5l fx g carbied corolla to get aroudn in whilie i fix the r..

    It runs rich at idle and has a really rough idle definatly needs a tune up

    have put new plugs and distributa cap (it was stuffEd) a air filter and fuel filter tonight..It runs better at cold and worse at hot at idle so something not right..

    What i need is somebody that is really good at carbs and KNOWS what they are doing ahha dont want a monkey playing with..

    Carb needs a tune and the timing needs well timing cause its out..

    I am going to be in hamilton for the next 3 days and if somebody on here is a bit of a wizz with these and wants a box of piss or whatever then flick me a message or alternativly does anybody know anyone in hamilton that is really good at these ie. a workshop

    Cheaper buying 20l worth than buying a few bottles of mangngatec and always going to have some left over no containers and a bit...Think il get some of that soon

  5. i just wrapped mine say half a section overlap at a time and used ummm only tied it off at one end casue i wrapped the 1st end over itself...

    Hmm what did i use i cant remeber what to tie it off..

    Fairly straight forward though just wrap half overlaps and should be sweet
