Are the K heads worth the extra work? Or should I just port and polish the G heads? This is my first EJ20 build - kinda excited!

Hi guys.... I used the search and found nothing.... I just picked up a donor car with a forged EJ20K I have a V1 WRX. I'd like to do a rebuild on the K, and put it in my V1. Will the V1 / V2 manifolds etc bolt on to the K? Id like to keep my V1 ECU etc, and do minimal wiring.... Any tips? Thanks!
