  1. Fitted my whiteline rear sway bar. (Thanks AJ for arranging and fitment, straight up cat). the difference this mod makes to a standard legacy GT is just amazing, I really did not expect this good of a result. Where the rear felt light and wafty on the twisty stuff this has all gone away. I can actually feel the rear end connected and when you really go hard I can feel when its giving away slowly. Thanks for the advise here guys. Track day this Saturday so will be welcome mod.

  2. Cool thanks Guys, mine does not have any button so assuming there us no TC or brake intervention. The reason I ask as I went into a round about abit too fast on a wet day and I felt the car trying to break when I was full on the gas coming out ??? so figured out the problem, don\'t drive fast around round about\'s ;)

  3. Im from South Auckland and its criminal what happens here, although there are cars that have been tastefully modded most of them that are classified Boy racers are:

-more aftermarket gauges than neccessary..so many gauges BUT the driver will use a biscuit spare tyre and drive like he has attended a track day ::)

-the loudest exhaust available on sale..

    - the loudest BOV

    - hugh shiny wheels

-dropped so low that you can bare see the tyres on the road.

-driving like a total *ick at the busiest times and ruining the reputation for Subaru performance vehicles in Auckland...

  4. Hi Peeps

Just checking if any other GT owners experience the same, when either taking of from 1st gear or in gear, the turbo kick in at 2700-2800 is quiet abrupt esp in traffic, can this be dialled out to have more of a liner feel rather than on\off turbo effect? hope that makes sense.

    cheers

I wish I was man cos I\'m not at all clued up when it comes to s*** like this haha but unfortunately I\'m at the other end of the country in good ol\' Dunedin.

Think I\'ll be a \'pay someone to do it\' kinda guy when it comes to the plugs too so I\'m sure wherever I take it will know correct gap for the plugs anyways.

Another thing I\'m curious about is that this thing apparently has had the 2nd cat removed ... what effect would this have on it if any?

Hey, Did you get this issue sorted? What was the cause resolution etc?

    cheers

  6. Hi

Just checking if this is normal, from starting engine cold in 10degree mornings or afternoons. It takes roughly 10minutes before the blue light goes off at my temp gauge and another 5 minutes thereafter before its at optimal temp? I cant wait that long and now just start it up and drive but no more than 3k revs until blue light goes out by that time I am joining the motorway?

    cheers

I would recommend you use a different garage next time. If theyre buying the cheapest oil they can find it doesnt say a lot for the way they care for customers vehicles.

Yeah kinda sucks checked my receipt too as they are reputable guys, maybe they keep the good stuff for the STI\'s :-\
