Are all v4 looms the same?

I'm just going through the same thing now. I brought a link G4 of a guy in Christchurch and he never sent it.
****ed me off real bad but in the end I decided to go to the cops and they were real helpful,
They got a court order to go use his bank account details and tracked him down and he had his court proceedings last week, I'm only going to be getting the money back at like 10 bucks a week but at at lest
He has it on his criminal record now and didn't just get away with it.
Although I might still fly down and beat him to death one day lol

I have an external and it is noisy as, wouldn't have it in a daily driver,
Get an uprated intake for the street or if you're going to race and need a surge tank get a surge tank that you can fit an internal pump into, keeps noise down and protects every thing when you throw stuff into the boot, this was recommended to me by Dave at pf automotive but I already had the gear for the external.

Really think it would look better without that moulded in ducktail spoiler thing. I think it could come right tho black paint hides a lot of evils and some nicer wheels and I'd probably drive it.

Yeah I know shouldn\'t be doing skids in a wrx but I bought the car as a toy and skids and drifts are fun ;D
I think worse case diffs and axels are pretty cheap and just as likely blow the motor on the track as doing a burnout so yeah just an idea at the moment

Hi I have v4 wrx ra
4.44 final drive
Damn I was hopeing to just get a broken gearbox and pull the diff out weld the spiders and cut the front drive shaft coupling so without driving the front wheels the rate the diff spun wouldn\'t mater.
Is there a reason this wouldn\'t work?
Is the spline count different?
Sorry I\'m not to on to it with diffs and stuff

Hi after reading this thread keen to try out rwd
but I was wondering can I use any centre diff out of any gearbox, and not have to worry about centre diff ratio matching then swap my original back in when I want to.

Depending on what you need the best bet is to ask on here in the wanted parts section,

Hi I don\'t know much about the difference between computers but I have a
Wrx ra which has yellows vf22 fmic and when my my afm was playing up I decided
To get a possum link because it wasn\'t going to cost too much more than a new afm and being tuneable for future mods like exhaust etc.
Got it installed and tuned at Dyno power tga and it runs good starts and idles well with
16 pounds boost and 200kw
So yeah might not be the flashest but I\'m happy with it for the costs

thank you I was thinking maybe fuel surge but thought it might have sort of spluttered or something rather than just dying
will a larger intank fuel pump work or do I need an external surge tank and fuel pump do you think?

Hi guys i am currently upgrading my engine and want to buy a bigger/better turbo
I have a vf22 at the moment and want something that will do around 250wkw and be standard position while retaining factory top mount.
Anyone got any advice?
