okay so just got a new wof and the guy said i'm starting to get bit of travel on my hand brake. Would this be a hand brake cable stretched out or is something in need of tightening?

or else you end up like me worrying if it will pass its next WOF

okay started... the terminal wasn't on there tight enough...

its brand new pretty much(around 4months old).. started fine 30mins before i took it out.. reds and stereo go fine. DAMIT!!!

rust repair then found car would not start

okay so took battery out.. did some rust repair then put battery back in.. tried to start car but it just ticks over and was doing some random shit with the dash lights??? thought it was just water as it was raining so dried off the terminals. tried again but still ticking.. everything works fine bar starting. checked battery and still at 12v

mate couldn't get a constant boost flow.. kept spiking so he had to get the exhaust side modified or something? but then dubbedup who runs a apet turbo says he hasn't found anything wrong with his..

okay all done its horey but should pass a wof then give me time to make a new one whats your guys ideas on which material to use and if i should bolt or wield it

I have heard a few bad things about the apet turbos but also a couple good things...

yeah will sand down and use some of that kill rust okay so started the process, got some paint that is meant to be same color but its coming up a wee bit more sparkly atm

well the battery i got is a little smaller than what is meant for it.. so you can see bunch of rust on the side.. thinking of just sanding, paint go for wof then get a new tray made up

Just wondering if I would fail a WOF for having a rusted out battery tray??? If so can I just sand down and repaint then it would be all good??

i get about 350-400 town driving this is a almost standard v2 wrx tho

it would run them but be really iffy wouldn't it?
