I took the front of my airbox off and taped the air filter in so I could run it without the front of the box. Sounds awesome

Replaced knacked front brake pads, fluid and bled the brakes, first time ever but managed to get it done in only a few hours!(lol).
They feel mint now.
Reminds me I have to do my front pads, almost 20,000km since I got my car new in September last year and they're starting to squeal.
Anyone got recommendations for good front pad replacements on Brembos?

I installed some LED interior/ambient lighting... Has a rave mode but otherwise they can be used as normal lights with brightness adjustment.

I had my resonator cut out of my 2016 STi and replaced with 2" pipe, also has no mufflers so it's pretty damn loud now. Straight pipe from the cat back basically.

Didn't realise the JDM spec Legacy GT was different... I had a NZ new 2010 Spec.B tuned with ECUTek and a straight pipe catback. 290hp 470nm after tune if you were curious.

^^^ good tyres but subject to dubious marketing.
That aside - They are a perfectly fine daily driver. Even in heavy rain they performed better than my RE003's I had on previous and better again than Dunlop Sport Maxx's

I have Dunlop StarSpec Z1 semislick 245/40 on right now. They're a perfectly fine daily tire.

all Perrin kit looking sharp mate , what is the purpose of that perrin piece by the intake manifold ?

Yeah tune wise I have to wait till out of warranty otherwise warranty is void. People are getting good numbers running no cat and I was wanting the intake mostly for noise. I'm running a 50/50 Turbosmart Kompact atm and you're meant to tune for them but I'm not fussed. Tossing up wether to run COBB AccessPort or ECUTek.

Gave the engine bay a clean up today, thinking about getting a full K&N intake motor mod wise next... The panel filter and silencer delete gave me a little bit more spool but I think a full intake will do the trick. Especially with the resonator delete I'm getting tomorrow to go with my muffler deletes 2.5" straight pipe catback as of tomorrow.

Cleaned the mags today and went through a touchless auto wash, gotta get it in for a full detail and clear wrap bumper and wing. Also wanting to wrap mirrors black and roof black. Maybe wrap the wing black but thoughts on that?

I've been thinking about maybe getting some 20mm or 25mm spacers and BC Gold or Tein adjusties. Can't find anyone who has them for my model currently, pain in the ass having a new car...

I'm waiting for my warranty to end before I get my 2015 WRX tuned. It has the cvt transmission, sounds like they don't like much more than 400nm put through em. They're 350nm stock but the WRX S4 in Japan is 221kw / 400nm stock.

Uhhh don't think so. The only thing in the guard on a 2016 is the intake resonator which is a bottle that sits under the air box. Otherwise it's just a normal front facing panel filter
