[Engine flush]

Has anyone done an engine flush in their car?

 

I always thought it was a bad idea and a quick google seemed to confirm that, however I was looking at getting a service down at either Highbrook Automative or Subirex and noticed that Highbrook do an engine flush with their full service.

 

Is it a good idea to skip it or is there some reason to get it done?

Someone tried to do this to my legacy last night, they just damaged the paint (deep scratches), door seals and the window.

Very annoying.

Everything I've heard about Subaru's was about how often they get stolen, no one I really know has talked about their reliability in a negative way.
