Could someone explain this? WRX STi
in Impreza, Crosstrek and XV

Looking to buy this car - its a 2006 STi. I haven't seen the car in person, but this is an image showing the dashboard with various lights apparently flashing (please see image):

Wondering why the following are are lighting up:
-Engine light
-Oil light
-"R. Diff Temp."
-DCCD
The only description I've had so far is "There is a engine check light due to exhaust modifications." Not sure what kind of exhaust system it is.
