  1. yea im going to do a compression test on my next day off. I've already removed the pcv as had it stick open on me before racing around the pukekohe track. I was thinking rings but would have thought there would be more exhaust smoke and oil usage. but from reading those threads its defiantly pointing strongly at rings.

  2. I can do the work myself. I put the engine together about 50000kms ago and never had any issue like this before so wanted some opinions as to what people may think it is before I pull it apart. I drove for about another 20min on the track after I noticed it and then drove it home and it hasn't gotten worse.

  3. hi all ive got a ej207 short block with ej20r heads that after the last track day has started blowing white smoke out of the oil catch can breather. it dose this all the time, when cold on start up and once at operating temp. it also blows white smoke out the exhaust on start up for about 2 seconds but doesn't blow any smoke under load. was just wondering if anyone on here can give me an idea what they think would be causing it?

  4. yea sorry that's just what it said on the sheet after I got the injectors back from being reconditioned.

I'm currently fitting a v7 sti tmic and v7 bonnet scoop for a bit more cooling.

I don't like the way the bumper looks on the gen 2 legacy's after its been cut to fit the fmic behind it aswell as ive mounted my oil cooler in a place that would be the way for a fmic
