cool as mate but 2000cc injectors! wowza! What sort of HP you looking at? wouldnt those sized injectors be looking at producing over 700HP? sorry im not up to the play ;D...i got recomended bosch 750cc injectors for my 400-450hp build by the tuners

Ah yes 750's would be fine if I was running pump gas... But E85 needs a lot more juice on the through put... Also the 2000 will see this engine plus the new one... More do th new engine, and yeah the target is around 500 kw atw.

What sort of improvement will the intake manifold provide?

The Plenum is tuned and polished so less disruption to air flow, it is also larger which reduces channeled air flow apparently and the pipes are all tuned and polished at optimal angles... Or so I believe...

The end result is a massive shift in the power curve, the torque comes on sooner and stays the entire way through...

Something I didnt mention is that the FMIC is being custom fitted by Process West and the pipes are being made / bent in the car... so they will be SHORT :)

  5. OK, so here goes... an update...

Some of the parts for this build have not been done before, so some custom machining has been in order along the way. Items selected for the build...

Corsa Veloce Intake Manifold & custom fuel rails

Process West Vmount intercooler & Radiator

    Process West Surge Tank

    Hypertune 3" throttle body

    Bosch 2000cc injectors

Weldon Fuel Pump (dash 10 in/out) - NOT shown in surge tank picture
