Sorry not to sure.. but have you taken the foglights out and checked the connections on the back, might be some damage there. Also check all of the fuses and relays.... one could have imploded..

The foglight button is wired into your parklights as they go when your foglights are on. It sounds like your fog lights just have blown bulbs!! but it could be something more sinister.......

I might pop down on Friday for a look....

Car: 1994 BG5A GT Wagon
Mods: Ohlins Shocks with RSR springs, front and rear strut braces, slowly fitting nolathane all round, Racebro BOV, V3 STI Intercooler, Zerosports Radiator cooling panel, ECU with copy of mines chip?, 3"diff back, 17" GT-B alloys
Things u like: how it looks, the sound, all wheel drive
What you dislike: When you change down to 4th to pass someone and hit VOD.....
Why you brought it: It was tidy and had been well looked after and had low k's for its age.... and it didn't have a EJ20R
What your future plans are: 2.5" downpipes and 2.5" through to 4" tip, split fuel rail mod, Zerosports sequential controller, alloy airbox, more silicon hose, ver 10 STI seats, panel & paint, 4 pots, .....

I have a chiped ECU.. I'm not 100% sure what the chip is exactly but I found that it makes a great deal of improvement. Acceleration was smoother and the car just went harder on boost.
They improve the air/fuel ratios, smooth out torque curve and some can increase boost. They can also take out the 180km/h speed cut, and can raise or remove the rev limiter. Each chip will be slightly different but essentially do the same thing.
Only down side I have found is that the standard clutch doesn't hold up very well with the increase in power. My clutch is still holding together......just...... but sometimes slips under load on boost in first turbo, especially in 2nd & 3rd.

PM kamineko, he has pulled his gearbox (sti ra) apart before and changed his final drive gear and is just in the process of rebuilding now as it striped gear(s) at Ruapuna in April.... any questions about them he is a pretty good person to talk to ...

Yeah, I reckon this friday (the 8th) will be sweet.. I will be there..... chris??? who else??

As funky said most wrx ones do. Keep an eye on trade me because genuine BG/BD ones come up often enough. The only thing to watch is the wee bracket on top of the drivers side strut tower may need some modification to get some of them to fit.

Anyone know about Kumho Ecstas 712's? or Neuton NT5000's? I am on a budget and have been told that these are good performance tyres for the money... :
I have the Kumho 712's in 17/45/215 and they seem fairly good for the price (I got all 4 for under $150 each) I havn't taken on the track but round town and driving the length of the country I have found them sweet, great in the dry and in the wet, for the price I am happy as....

There is a few ways to get 16psi on primary but unplugging something is free.
Its not a race car but its a fkn fast stationwagon. I love overtaking more expensive powerful cars at full noise and watching their faces as I speed past them.
I don't know... when I change everything over/ take everything else for the track my car definetly more resembles a race car ...... hahaha

Congratulations Ray, hope the big flat treats you with respect..........
