Happened to me on my '99 too. Plastic cowling seal on the top just split at the point were it connects to the actual radiator. Got it sent away, cleaned, fixed, did a flush. Cost approx 400.

Pretty good, worth a few dollars. If i was serious about background checking a car though i would head for the AA Lemon Check report.

Oh yeah, we went out hunting but not many out really. Some people letting fireworks off through their car window cruising up and down JW Drive lol. Saw B42000's car parked outside hoyts when we came out around 10 45.

Looked like some great fun, exploring places like that used to be my thing back in the day of owning the foz'. Can't quite do the same in a B4 you lose ya ground clearance haha. Some great tracks in Central though. A good track is the Old Dunstan Road from Clarks Junction all the way up to Alex, may be a bit too rough ???

Haha went for a few heli's out bucklands actually ! Made use of that HELI#ART sticker on the back windscreen lol. Funny you say that, came back into Dunedin and had to go through a breath testing checkpoint on George Street. Told the cop had been out to bucklands as he commented on whether i had been off roading.He was all sweet licence/rego;/wof/breath test and i was off again - although a couple other cops literally stopped and stared
