Did you manage to get this sorted mate? I have the exact same problem. I wasn't even aware the car had an Amp fitted and I wondered what the black cable was for.

My BH5 Legacy GT-B Twin Turbo is having Auto Box issues. Reverse is fine however when you engage drive of any of the other forward gears they do not always engage immediately & you have to rev the engine to a couple of thousand revs for up to 10 seconds before they engage. Any help greatly appreciated.

I have a Year 2000 BH5 (I think) Legacy Twin Turbo SW.
Mainly when the engine is cold just after setting off the check engine light comes on & the car feels down on power & unresponsive. After a very short period of time (5-10 seconds) the power returns as if a switch has been flicked & the check engine light goes out. I think the problem is with the O2 sensor but I have multiple code errors on the ECU.
Can anyone confirm & advise of a remedy or is it a matter or just replacing the sensor.

I tried to connect the Amp using RCA's but get nothing what do I connect the copper cable that is wound around the coloured amp wires to? Is it the vehicle negative?
