Update: Looks like the tial 38mm wastegate was faulty also a issue with intake where its sucking up. Never use to do this before i installed the headers.

Hey guys just wondering if anyone has a stock turbo intake pipe lying somewhere around at home that i could use for a while just trying to sort out issues with car. Currently have a silicone one but its sucking up on 10 psi...

Also want to note that on 4.5psi the wastegate is opening, even though the spring pressure is at 7.25 psi. ???

Update: Replaced a silone Joiner Tighten the nipples on wastegate as one was loose. Got the car to boost 19 psi max on 100 duty cycle 100% gain 100% sensitivity on gfb ebc. After a while boost would read 19 psi till 5500rpm and drop straight to 5psi at 6000rpm. Had a wrx pull up to me last night on the mway back home with my friend of my still ate him while shifting before 6000rpm. 5th and 6th gear ftw HAHAH, back to the point now..

Took all hoses off my wastegate car was boosting 8psi on wastegate spring is at 7. somthing

No i use a steel gasket 5 layers for all manifold and turbo, i only out gasket glue on the outside edge of the flanges no where near the inside of manifold

If it was a boost leak, wouldnt it show on the gauge ?

Cant be manifold fixed all the leaks and used a fuck load of gasket glue lol

Boost controller is all wired up correctly, Yeah i tried that still wont go over 5 psi.

I\'m running standard oil lines. It should be fine with the turbo but it\'s reccomended to upgrade them. The problem with last turbo was apparently shitty intake and little dirt and stuff hit the compressor wheel which turned out to be no in balance anymore

Oil return pipe was short so replaced it with longer hose and it was allgood, but i dont know whats going on tbh

So story is i bought a new core for my turbo which was replaced by kinugawa. Put everything back together car still wont boost wastegate spring pressure so i took it for a blat on 12 psi while boosting, the boost when away and it felt NA i turned up 100% duty cycle still does 5psi nothing higher..

Hey guys well i put my td06 back on which was replaced with a new core. I ran it it, while putting my foot down i was boosting 12psi and all off a sudden i lost all boost only shows 5psi on my boost controller any thoughts????

Hey guys so now Im upgrading my turbo from a td06 20g which was blown to a TD06 25G 3" Anti surge cover. What are your guys thoughts on this ? I dont really care about street driving cause i\'m usually in the high rpms just in general.
