    Link is over rated.

Depending on what your long term goal is with the car.

If you were planning on running ab igger turbo etc at a later date and doing a few bits and pieces say tracking it and wanted/needed all the functions of a link then now would be the time to do it.

Obviously htis isnt the case so the factory ecu will do it and given Sans the man then youl be all good

Links are FTW i reckon...costs a bit more but heapppsss of benefits haha

  2. however contray to what was said above it could be hte pulley itself wobbly.

I had one i just fixed on my brothers pulsar where the "inner" part of the pully is joined to the "outer" part by a rubber or something of some sort. This had perished or whatever so the outside was seperate to the inside casuing it to wobble and not spin properly..

COULD just be a fucked pulley but as said pull the pulley off youl soon know.

my state highways got nothing open i can tell you that much and noone else "should" construction season is over so no sealing or the likes

They're still trying to seal up in Northland, it's a bloody mess atm. No point washing cars that's for sure. One decent size piece was on SH1 even. And don't even get me started about my road haha, nothing being done atm but man I've seen some shocking s*** go down.

thats why i said should haha i know plenty are still trying but you end up with a bigger mess and come back and do the job again come summer cause its fallen apart.

cant promise you WONT do a bearing but itl certainly help.....even motors with the best sump and the best cooling setup still do bearings on occasion for whatever reason....b]there aint no bulletproof answer[/b] to not running one...just a few things that can be done to prevent it haha

    Dry sump it....

Haha well yes i mean there is no promise without spending like lots and lots and lots of money

lol it could be anything.!!!!! there are roads aroung that are dry as but slipry as hell at the same time.looks to me like he lost controll of the car due to the conditions.that road looks prty slipry to me

Are you a roading engineer?? I think not....Talking smack...

If your going to make calls about what you think about the road at least have some grounds to base your call on.....

  6. Id have to see if hes still got the dyno plots but i doubt it it was probably 18months or so ago the last tune...

Do what you want basically no matter what we say WRXONP will have a alternative answer for it thats "right" so no point in us offering advice.

  7. Now in terms of the mounting what i said re the wastegate postion this is what iv seen firsthand whether thats applicable to the wastegate location or was another factor we didnt think about who noes...have been told it is better to have on uppipe in terms of controlling boost etc though so yeah.
