I have plenty of pe . How think do u want it ?honestly just go buy some $2 chopping boards theyl be nylon or pe .
Be easy to cut out . And the 3 studs pokin out of the strut top will mark the 3 holes pretty well .
Actually easiest is prolly cut a rough shape the shape of the top hat . Take shock out and put rough shape under where the top hat mounts to body and trace the main hole and bolt holes
Trade price on 10 mm hdpe is 95 a square meter . So for 300 x 150 wont be too much .

Nah thats a crock of **** . Did it have oem tires ?lol doubt it . or oem spark plugs . Or oem petrol ? . Does a band expander count as a modification ?

Entirely yes . That crap out the front of just a loop and a crappy attempt at a cooler . There isnt any pressure in thay as its thr return hose . Well theres enough pressure for it to go back up to the tank . So an un measurable ammount

Yea sounds like you got a case of the loose nut holding on to the steering wheel .
Yea nah thats really fkd . And its pretty hard to make the steering do that .
Get someone to turn the wheel and start looking at how far it goes .

What is the front sun roof meant to do on a bg5a ?the rear one pops up and down with the up n down switch . Also sinks in and opens n closes with the switch . Is the front one meant to pop up aswell ? It currently does nothing

Nah did it up legit through the clutch fork hole . Even with fork and slave cylinder in place

May have put the engine back in with the only finger tight after centering disk .
Symptoms of this include the clutch pedal feeling so light you try bleed it . And when youare trying to tq the crank pulley bolt the brand new clutch slips at 100nm

Can you do u pressure plate bolts with the motor n box already in the car ?

Isnt it writen on the floppy printed film on the back of it ? The negative is easy coz it goes to everything . The positive will join to one screw on all the major gauge bases etc

Theres not enough meat there to thread something into it properly .
Weld it up if your worried . Nut n bolt it with what ever fits . Grind the bolt head down a bit . Put the bolt in from the inside out . Seal with 3 bond /silicone . Lock tite it or double nut it

Removed the front crown wheel could mean lots of things . I hope they mean removed the whole front diff .
How serious are you ?you can just remove the centre diff housing and weld it up and put it back in . Without removing the whole box from the car . Then pull thr front half shafts out . Then go do some lame skids untill the gearset or rear diff ****s out in a month

Who ever put that bonnet scoop on it actually needs to be shot . But yea these exist . Mates gf had a blue one . Was a nice car . Cheap to run and insure and noone will steal it

I believe the arrow is flow of air . So both point down .arrow points into the intake tract away from the turbos /intercooler. If you put secondary one upside down it still works but majes a funny fart /groan noise lol
You cant really tell much from looking at them . But you will be able to suck on it and see if it opens and stays open . Youll hear it click /clunk as it moves
My 94 auto has holed both bovs . The 95 manual im workin on atm also had a hole in the secondary even tho it drove fine

One or both of the blow off valves have a hole in the diaphram. Suck on the vac line to them and see if they hold vac . If you can breath through it they are fkd
Have you got a boost gauge on it ?

Did it have redline shock proof in it ?kinda looks like that blue mixed with a darker oil
