Oh nah I thought u meant u had bour a bar . Nah .8 is actuator only . Ecu has decided to run low booat or soneone has fiddled with it .9mm prolly a fair starting point

Thats a bit of a clusterfk . They only issue I see is your cat needs the compressor outlet to point right where the vf housing needs the actuator can to be . There will be a solution but id need the bits infront of me . You in chch ?lol
The connection to the intercooler could be cut off td and welded to trimmed vf comp cover . Or cut the flange off ( or make a new one ) the td and make it suitable for a silicone 45 deg bend . Cut n trim the vf comp cover to fit into said 45 deg elbow

Christ that 35 is small . Makes a tdo4 look big lol . The flanges and all that look the same and people swap them with a tdo4 from a blob eye so id say anything will fit .

Theres a lever in the latch to disable the interior lever . Have to use key to open it . Um get creatve through the back seat .
Actually youll prolly find a key that will open the boot . Try any nissan or subaru keys u can find . Youll be disgusted what will open what

Whats difficult exactly ? The oil drain and such ?also make sure you only have one of each piece required . Eg the rubber hose for oil drain . You're gunna have a swear if there is a rubber hose on the turbo and another one on the engine metal pipe

The 2nd cat is easy to replace with a pipe . The primary cat is a pain coz it needs a bend and is in a difficult place to mock up etc .
I only do it this way coz its easy and its gunna fit perfectly
Id do it and see how u get on . If its a problem try change some restrictors . After that drill the wastegate hole out . The vf13 waste gate hole is fkn tiny . Like 13 mm . The vf26 waste gate hole is bigger .

Good point. I live in an area that has 50, 70, 80 and 100kph zones. Can't see why we need the 70 and 80kph zones. MY GPS also tells me that known 80 - 100 kph areas are 50.
Fkn eroad is chronic at that . Heaps of 100 to 50 zones in the wrong spot so we get warnings for limit exceeded by 50 + kph

I wonder if there is some sort of instrument we could put in the car to tell us the speed of the car . That wouldnt solve the problem completely tho . We aslo need a device to throttle the engine thus regulating the speed of the car

If it were me id get a 7 8 9 or 10 cm tdo6 twin scroll rear housing for 300 and get murch to put a holset in it .

Those turbos are a lot of money . Do you actually want to thrash it or do you just like being able to tell people your car has all that stuff on it .
Why are you against a built or hybrid turbo ? 3k for a turbo for those goals is off the planet .
Noone in nz buys those bolt on wonder turbos from the states so your not gunna get much opinion on them .

Interesting what u say about hpe . I know people who have taken them a pile of bits and said make this work and been hapoy with the results .

Getting the axle out is hard . U should def jus swap the whole subframe and gearbox swapped in

You realise someone will know someone who will do the boot for $50 cash on a saturday morning
New axle assemblies . I dont even think u can buy the whole thing new . If u can its prolly 4 figures and a month from japan coz its such an obscure idea
