Removed spats yesterday its a MF to remove the glue residue left behind by sticky tape, tried wd40 disolve it and petrol still cant come off, may have to get a buffer and try to buffer its off :-\

Quick clean , splats remoced, will clean residue from two way tape tom.

Yes will get sway bars for sure, called around and trying to get the non adjustable ones as I doubt I will tweak them once fitted. cheers.

Hey Guys Anyone got any facts about the Spec B suspension vs STI and the standard BP GT legacy? Had quite a nice drive out to clevedon\brookby and back home last night, its fair to say I made swift progress and on the way back an orange Aston Martin Vantage merged in front off making a lot of norty sounds and then he was gone, obviously I did not know the roads that well and wanted to keep my licence. Anywho I am quite happy with the ride quality of the car I am sure on a track day it wont be suited but in the real world it deals with bumps well its only the roll that\'s an issue so will upgrade the sway bars hopefully in two three months. Hi Guys My car came with a jap satnav unit, not interested in this and want to put in the standard cubby\console thingy with the clock display. My question if I remove the jap satnav and get the console with there be a harness that will be able to plug in directly so the clock work? I will try and post pic today if this sound confusing Thanks

Hey Guys I want to remove my spat\Splash guards as I just want a clean look. I removed the bolts but its still stuck on fast assuming with some sort of Glue or Two way tape. Whats the best way to remove them? Thanks

update Did some online reading last night and watched some videos of this problem. Its the centre Differential bearing that needs to be replaced. hence I am getting that race car gearbox whine especially in second gear, 3rd 4th fifth gear are relatively quitter but over time this will get worse. Not sure what the car dealer will say if I report the fault to them as is a wear and tear item, if they not interested will get a quote to repair in another two months.

Hi Guys I am getting a high pitch whining sound coming on when on throttle its a really high pitch sound only when on throttle light or heavy. Dont know if its from engine or gearbox although it seems more from engine bay , did the cambelt and waterpump today but this sound was there before cambelt being replaced. It has no affect on power etc.. Any ideas? cheeers

Thanks for this quite informative, yeah was having a play yesterday, no beef with the head unit at the moment so will just get a band expander fitted and when it breaks will get a new head unit fitted with the aftermarket bracket.
