B4 I was 250T

Hi guys, just wondering about absolute essentials for a rebuild for RSK B4. I know I need pistons,rods but what about main bearings, head bolts etc. I'm not trying to build the fastest car ever, I just want something really, really strong so that when I give her some gas I don't have to worry about her blowing up. HI guys and girls Just bought genuine HKS SSQV4, 2011 model. Anyone share anything with me about these, to be installed on 1999 RSK B4. Are 2001 B4s intercooler same as 1999? Tardme has an adaptor flange that says for 2001 but need to know if will fit 1999. Anything I need to watch out for? And size of vacuam line if anyone knows? (I like red so will need to replace HKSs blue one lol) Many thanks
