I'm still debating with myself about posting all the details but basically I've had an issue with something I bought, multiple excuses followed by saying it's been posted, item not turning up, sale then suddenly turning into a sale on behalf of Brian Manning, given another postage date, item still not turning up, asking what they're going to do about it then being ignored, asking for a refund and being ignored, then when I said I'd take it further threats and abuse. For people that appear to be reasonably well known and respected it's a S*** way to conduct business and I've essentially been ripped off. 'William' s real name is Greg, incidentally
I know it's Facebook and beware, but for all the people that talk these guys up they evidently can't be trusted either. Just a heads up.

Has anyone dealt with a 'William H Bonney' on here before? seems to admin 90% of them. I know he's on here somewhere but I can't recall his user name just now

If you have a seat belt out of the car often they won't unwind unless you position it upright at the same angle it would be in the car. I believe this is so that in a rollover you don't fall down to the roof after the vehicle stops.
You'd be right on that count, there's a ball bearing that acts on an arm which locks it, same thing that causes it to lock if you yank on it quickly. This one wasn't unspooling no matter what I did so I had to open it up and remove the bearing and the arm it acted on.

Changed a seabelt, which involved pulling the mechanism apart on the replacement cos it got retracted fully, stuck and wouldn't unroll. What a pain in the ass

I'm running motul 4100 15w50 for the engine, its a motorbike oil, cheaper than 5100 but same viscosity and I've never had an issue with it (i think there was something else that made it good for a car too, some additive thats in it???)
Motorcycle oils have no friction modifiers in them as they run wet clutches bathed in engine oil and the modifiers will ruin them. You're far better off running a proper automotive oil.

Excel-Gs are way softer than Bilsteins, not even comparable. Ride height has nothing to do with the shock, they don't come with springs..

Exedy I believe manufacture the OEM clutches. Buying off partsouq is silly IMO. Should be able to get an FJK-7123HD for around 650 including GST at trade as D1 says. Having an unnecessarily heavy clutch is NOT a positive thing, puts extra strain on the trans and is a pain to drive. A standard HD clutch should handle somewhat above 200kw okay.

That would cause an excess of fuel I would think..

Nice looking kit but as said fitment is garbage, don't sit in the tunnel right. Looks like they were made more for SG5 than anything else but wouldn't be surprised if it had issues on those too

If you've got a 4 plug ECU it will all be exactly the same, and your stock ECU should run it fine. Slightly more aggressive cams, that's pretty much it

Band expanders are the simplest thing to install ever, one plug in, one plug out and tapping into a power source. They're shite too

Wouldn't put sealant around a turbo, area gets too hot for silicone really and maniseal if you have a proper gasket and the flanges aren't F***ed would be pointless. Just use a MLS gasket.
