Approximately 150,000km on body and motor. Motor and gearbox/diff was all working fine last time the car drove a year or two ago.

Car is in a storage unit in Belfast, Christchurch. Would require a car transporter obviously.

#same add as posted in for sale section# Hey guys I have a storage unit to clear out so am selling off a few bits and pieces, including a Version 3 Type - R (1997) Rolling Shell. The interior has been full stripped, needs a little more prepartation before a lick of paint could be chucked on. Some of the interior is there and some is missing. Comes with 17" gold wheels off later model WRX (No Brakes) Still has drivetrain (including R180 Rear diff + close ratio gearbox) 95% of the motor is there, missing the intake manifold and the odd fuel line, everything else should be there. Recommend inspection.

I wonder who\'s that blue coupe is, thought it was me for a minute there.

I have aftermarket headers, so no heatshields. Don\'t even have a turbo heatshield as that\'s the thing they recommend checking first normally. Checked some of the other common things, the o2 sensor seemed to be in tight.

Cheers guys, I\'ll have another poke around this weekend and try find where it\'s coming from.

Hey guys, my car has a bit of a rattle at idle, haven\'t been able to figure out what it is. (Its a version 3 sti - ej20k) Normally can hear it better after the car warms up and the idle drops lower. Sounds metallic but I\'m not sure what a bad bearing sounds like. Under load or when the rev\'s increase above about out 1000rpm or so I\'m not able to hear it. Anyone have any advice or want to have a listen?
