  1. Hi I have a BP5 legacy 2lt turbo 5 spd manual wagon, and the dual mass flywheel is on its way out, and for other reasons I want a single mass put in. What subarus come out with single mass flywheels and PUSH type clutches? wrx 06? my thoughts is to get an aftermarket flywheel (lightened) and the push type clutch kit from that car and fit it in. I currently have my engine out etc as I am replacing due to engine failure..... Its hard to find any decent info on this conversion...being a push type it seems an odd one out of the bunch
  2. just seen this, im in NP maybe a bit late...haha

Cross sectional area is important and material that it is made out of. Is it copper cored or copper coated? More strands = flexibility. It doesn\'t tell you how much current it can flow. I could have 100 strand cable that is twice the size of 1/0 gauge. It would be stiff as hell and no good to install in a car. So tell me again how strand count matters to power flow. And again. I\'m not saying the cable he has is not good but lately I have as an installer come across some cable which is over labelled and not true gauge. So I\'m very cautious as one would be. Cables are not created equally. Sent from my slutty assistant...

Strands doesn\'t mean anything. What is the width of copper? That will tell you what you have. I\'ll be interested either way. I\'ve just seen a lot of bullshit cable lately. And well. I hate oversold products. I\'ve installed 4guage that was same size as quality 8 gauge. They must measure the sheath also. Sent from my slutty assistant...

Not sure that is 0 Guage unless you have massive hands. Mmm. But anyhow. It will flow some power. Sent from my slutty assistant...

  7. Any chance you could tell me where you got this from? And how much? eBay . Few hundred off memory They are not suited for 6 speed Sent from my slutty assistant...
  8. Fixed and broke my car at the same time. So it needs fixing some more... But here\'s a pic of some goodness. Whiteline roll centre adjustment tie rods and ball joints Sent from my slutty assistant...
  9. I\'d like more info on your tests. I have tested my speedo to the road markers 5k test marks that your see around the place (very accurate I hope) and my speedometer is out the same as the needle. My needle is also electronic operated and relies on the same signal as the speedometer so modifying this will fix it. In my case I have an equal odometer to needle read. Appreciate your information. It is interesting to know. Sent from my slutty assistant...
  10. The only stink thing is when your car says it\'s done 100,000k it\'s only done 90,000k. Jaycar has a new unit coming. It\'s ready to go and is ideal for this situation. Only problem is that not available yet. Looking April availability. It is in catalogue. By the way I have bp5 and my speedo reads about 107 when it\'s doin 100k. It\'s Anoying. 11. Just put in a Cobb adjustable shifter into my bp5. Adjust it to your liking. Although shorter shift = harder force required to change gear. Adjustable gives you good options I believe. Sent from my slutty assistant...
