Hi everyone, new to Club Sub!
I have a 96 Wrx manual wagon (have owned for 8 years, love it!) anyway after a second OEM radiator failure I decided to upgrade to a nice aluminium unit, running like a dream after install with the extra capacity/cooling.
My question is that in the process of replacement I had to shift the power steering cooling pipes out of the way which sit in front of the radiator, considering the pipes are original it seems they have degraded over time and the shifting and twisting of them has caused a leak. I was just going to replace the pipes and also considered looping the pipe and taking the cooler out, some Subaru\'s have em some don\'t, do you guys think they are necessary on a daily driver or not?
Any help would be much appreciated!
