Hey bro, I'm having the same problem in my subaru legacy 2002 wagon. It had been stolen, the whole ignition barrel and everything had been ripped apart and just recently i replaced the ignition barrel and now my indicators aren't working but my hazards are, just wondering if you found a solution to your problem?
