After doing some more research I've come to find that the outer cv's are going out on me. The inner boot on both sides are shot. I just figure it would have been easier and cheaper to replace the whole axle. However, axles in NZ are way more expensive then in the states. I guess I'll just have to figure out what the spline count is on the outer CV joints.

I believe the CV joints are bad because there is a clicking sound while steering left or right.

Hello all! I'm new to the site and I'm sure there is a thread in here already on this subject but I was wondering if anyone could steer me in the direction for where I can find a set of new front CV axle assemblies for my Legacy wagon? I'm in the Hamilton area and I've spoken to a parts store already and they can only get me new outer CV replacement kits. The inner CV boots are toast and I'd like to just replace the whole axles rather then just the boots. Any information would be greatly appreciated! Cheers!
