Cheers for the advice 😀 So my best bet is to head to a subbie garage for that? Would the ecu store the error, car seemed to be fine the next day, worried that I should get onto it asap

Hey peeps,

Need to go and get a code read to see if there is an issue with my forry. Check engine light came up when driving home the other night and car went into limp mode (couldn't accelerate or go over 2k rpm?) Following morning I started and ran the car for 10mins with no issues and no CEL. Took it round the block and ran as normal and went for a drive in the avo, no issues. Checked all fluids and they were fine.

I used to own a GF8 and you could run a diagnostics test yourself, can this be done on on an SG9 sti 2.5l? If not what's my best option for getting this checked out?
