does it do it on all the settings of the fan and heater direction ? Mrs parents cars fan blower is on its way out and the motor makes a click some times on low . .
I had it on a low setting with heat... didnt try on other settings... couldnt care less about the heater and all that.... i just want to know what caused my car to stall? I cant think of what would of caused that?

Pulled in to work this morning... Turned the windscreen heater off then it started making a fucked up clicking noise in one of the vents so i turned it back on and it stopped.
Then turned it off again and it made the noise for a few seconds and stopped. Then my car stalled? What is going on.......
Havnt tried starting her up again as i was already late for work... Any help will be much appreciated.

Ive got a exedy organic clutch.... not sure if its sprung centred or not.... never had it shudder or anything. Wouldnt have a clue if its puk or not but i find it great for driving round town.... Nice and stiff but easy to drive with... If someone could enlighten me to a few details about my clutch?

Ive got a fmic on my coupe and thats got airbags... and NO where on the cert plate does it say anything about a fmic... Also ive no problems what so ever getting a wof. So you should be fine sir

Thats the only thing i can think of.... Is there anything which can be done to a vf30 to flow a bit more?? as im going to have 2 of them shortly....

Ive got aftermarket semi tuned headers.. Just ordered some heat wrap so i can wrap the headers and downpipe and a few other bits and pieces...

Yea im running 38mm genuine tial gate and a new hks evc and it still tapered off.... im guessing thats just the vf30 being a dick lol

Yea the white coupe... I mite aswell ditch the vf30 then... I was running 21.5psi through it and it tapered off to about 19 or so i think

vf30 currently.... seals fuckt i think... So ive got a better condition one coming up from wellington soon.... Ive got dyno sheets which say 227kw atw on a hub dyno at ST HITEC. But at the recent torque performance dyno day i only hit 198kw atw..

that's the exact one i run . i run it on standard STI ecu with great results. i would think you may need re tune ar more air will be going in. yeah pull manifold off then once that off remove the rails . the intake is much much larger than stock so is a ***t to get manifold back on. really worth it though
Sweet i mite aswell get them to do it when i put the new vf30 on... And go in for a touch up to the tune afterwards... Dont want it leaning out and melting shit with that little bit more flow.. Im just wondering if i should do something about the injectors too... Just dont know what. Got standard v4 yellows at the moment... But they pretty much maxed...

Yea i will.... just need someone to answer my questions above first..... Im going to do a few more bits and pieces at the same time... like radiator hoses a new vacuum hose through out.... Should look a bit tidier too.... ;D

The day i purchase a roll cage for my coupe... one of my mates flipped and rolled his STI :'( with 4 people in it....
2 in hospital other 2 ok-ish i think... Dont know the full story - YET

As far as i know you have to remove the intake manifold to change them over... is this correct?
And what about tuning? will this effect my tune at all?

I was also looking at one of these... Looks like a nice turbo... But if i was going to spend 800-900 i would prefer to save up a bit more and go something a lil bigger

i had the same problem with mine and it was from sta parts the fans fitted mint just had a bit o trouble with top hose but that was only cos of the fatter after market hoses i was using.. i shoved a screw driver in the end of it and bent it up a little so i could get both the lines on lol.. worked fine.. its been in there for 2 years.. just make sure you earth the radiator as well.. i up graded mine to full alloy cos the factory ones kept splitin open..
What does earthing a radiator change?

Had a look through the engine bay on my lunch break, heaps of coolant and no split hoses or anything, checked oil aswell and all appears to be normal. Started her up and it appears to be running normally? I guess ill keep driving it and see if anything happens. Cheers for all your guys help!
