Nah, just want downpipe, keep the car quiet and mainly factory Also Sway bar doesn't fit according to seller

As title looking for catless don pipe. also can anyone tell me if there's cat in uppipe aswell? Or only USD spec? any other easy mods to do before I reflash ecu after I get new downpipe?(maybe uppipe) what bigger swaybars mounts up to rear? V7?
