[wheel rub in 2001 legacy with 18s]

hi all

just brought a 2001 legacy gt wagon and its running 225/40/18 tires ..when i took it for a test drive there was no dramas but last night when i took the family out for dinner the rears rubbed on some corners and dips.. what size tire do the factory rims run ?

[possible damage from running on 3 cyl]

so last week my coil pack (98wrx) died on the way to work so had no choice but to keep driving  (approx 100km).. replaced coil pack with 2nd hand unit , got spark on all 4 out puts and now car has funny ticking noise coming from cyl3 (the same cyl that had no spark from old coil pack ).. anyone got any ideas on what possible damage could have occured .. thanks in advance
