What do these switches do? 2011 Exiga

Just sussed it with the Google translate app. One is for "auto light" and the other is "Sensor wiper sensitivity setting" -
Hi All, I'm new, hi. I have a 2011 imported Exiga. There are some switches that sit below and slightly to the right of the steering wheel. I have no idea what they do. Does anyone know? Cheers
