this is the refund policy we've adopted for the track fees. It's pretty standard approach that we've used for past DOBC track days...... 'DOBC will fully refund your track fee if you withdraw before 5pm 12 August 2015. You must notify me by PM or post up in this thread. If you withdraw after 12 August 2015, you will need to negotiate a refund with Playday Ontrack directly and this will be subject to whether or not your spot can be onsold. PM me if you need their details. A refund is not automatically guaranteed after 5pm 12 August 2015'

Don't get too hung up on the Playday regs guys. You're actually comparing apples with oranges. Playdays are not an MSNZ sanctioned event nor are they pretending to be. They are not competitive race days. They are non competitive track days with a driver training component. The extent to which Playday chooses to adopt MSNZ scrutineering and safety regs is entirely up to them. I have even confirmed with Tony today that it's not even compulsory for Playday cars to have fire extinguishers....double bracket or single.......it's actually optional.
