[Gc8 exhaust tone]

I have a stock 97 wrx sti.

It's running a stock exhaust except for an axel back Fujitsubo muffler (which I'm told is very close to stock).

 

What's the easiest way to give the car a bit more boxer rumble? Not looking to make it crazy loud.

Who did you use and how did it go?

 

How hard is it to get older/classic cars through compliance and was rust etc a problem?

I was hoping the cage can be removed and the car first registered/certified without.

Has anyone imported their car from Japan with a roll cage already installed? Would it be a problem for certification removing it prior to registration/cert? Has anyone has any experience with this and can shed any light on issues and how they got round them?
