mine is a 1997 bh5 automatic, can this be done ? the BOV has 2 lines out of it ?

I have a similar issue , mostly on load , started with only above 3k rpm , but now does it with the 1st turbo too,. Im in Canada and imported the Legacy gt BH5 last spring
