gearbox swap was straight forward, only problem I had was with 4.11 rear diff and half shafts that came with it.. 2001rear diff half shafts were longer and male into diff were as bf5 4.44 rear diff had push in stubs.. removed 4.44 diff internal cage thing, swapped ring gears 4.44 to 4.11 so i could use existing diff stubs and half shafts that were on bf5 if that makes sense.. all works mint..

enquiring as to any difficulties i could come across speedo wise, install 2001 gtb 4.11 gearbox/ rear diff combo into my 1990 bf5 gt.. car was running a 4.44 gearbox/ rear diff combo, but I've already removed both.. 1990 g/box code: TY752VB1AA 2001 g/box code:TY754VBBBA any shared knowledge would be much appreciated.. thanks..
