Is it worth getting one? Does it pick up all cameras and guns? I do stick to the speed limit but it\'s pretty hard to stick to the speed limit when over taking. I don\'t know how you can actually overtake another vehicle within the legal speed limit lol. I just don\'t like driving behind someone who slows right down on every single corners, and go hard on straights... I\'m just going to be using the detector as a precaution thing, especially now that I have to do quite a lot of business trips from Auckland to other parts of North Island...

Is there any tyre shops in Auckland who trade in old tyres whens buying a new set? The old ones are in warrantable condition. I\'m just looking to upgrade. I know I could sell the old set on trademe but trade in is more convenient.

It\'s for GF8 version 2. The car would start up but it stalls straight away... Basically, when it starts it revs up and the rev drops to zero. Is this to do with AFM? Can anyone give me advice on where to look?

I think my GF8 V2 has KYB shocks and King springs installed by the previous owner. I\'m looking to replace to stiffer shocks, any recommendations? Mostly road driving but something stiff enough for occasional open track days. Not interested in coilovers.

Anyone got a photo of 17x7.5 +45 fitted on GF8 or GC8? Just wondering where the wheel will be sitting.. and if the guards will need to be rolled

Radio aerial is plugged in. There was no wiring loom adaptor on the car side. I think the previous owner has cut it if there is supposed to be one.

Trying to install a pioneer head unit on GF8 / Version 2 WRX The head unit turns on fine but theres no sound.... I have now checked the wiring twice, seems to be ok. Is there a factory amp I need to wire through? Any suggestions on where to look for the problem?

What's your excess like? Managed to get a quote from State by increasing the agreed value of the vehicle by $500... but the excess is $2,000 I will try to get quotes from Club Auto and NAC. Thanks for recommendation Received a letter from NAC today notifying me that the thieft excess will be increased from $1,000 to $2,000. Maybe they don't want me??

'95 WRX hatchback, $1200 to insure??? This is with NAC Only mods are exhaust, shocks, lowering springs and rims... most companies wouldn't insure it Sounds a bit ridiculous to pay that much for a car that's worth about $6k Can anyone suggest me an insurer?

I bought a bigger battery and the threaded rods for holding battery is not long enough Just to gain a few mm, is it alright to remove the plastic battery tray?? Should be no issue yeah? ??? Or anyone know where I can get longer threaded rod with bend/hook at the end? Also I found rust under the battery tray... which I'm not happy about because I only had the car for about 2-3 months. Would this be considered as structural rust for wof?
