what's good suspension upgrade for GF8C? set up that can handle ok on trackdays

Just out of interst... I don't suppose you can drive up to the mountain on snowy, icy road conditions with 2WD Hilux?? Being RWD, snow chains would be no good just like all the other RWD??

it's for wrx v2 hatchback it's making weird vibrating buzzy noise when cornering above 30km/hr or higher. also when turning left only where should i look first?

it's green, i wiped dust off the plug and put the plug back in and it now works

i checked again no sound when trying to spray water onto windscreen... i pull the stick to make it spray, it definitely worked on saturday

yup.. full tank say if it didn't make any noise, what needs replacing? i'm going to go check again now

it's v2 hatchback. i just found out that water doesn't come out of the nozzles when i tried to clean the windscreen while driving for both front and rear the wipers work fine, just that water doesn't come out of the nozzles checked the tube, no blockage could it be electrical related?

BH5 rev d vs old revisions legacy will be used as daily and long trips and not planning on spending any money on mods at all just can't make up my mind whether revision d is worth spending extra money only difference seems to be bonnet weight, seats, turbo laggs and tunability... what do you think? spend extra money for rev d??

yeah it's quite silly that the overtaking has to be done within 110km/hr... those slow drivers usually go hard on straight and really slow in corners.....

what's the rule for overtaking under nz road code? i've got a fine for overtaking a vehicle on straight road, no yellow lanes... i thought this was unfair...

How do I disable the alarm?

i got an old mongoose alarm m80 series and not sure of exact model as it came with the car it started to play up. works sometimes and doesn't sometimes don't think it's battery because i have changed it 3 times in the last month maybe its frequency thing?? how do i find out what's faulty?? it gets a bit embarrasing when the alarms goes off and when you can't stop it

what's the process of getting mechanical warranty? does the car need to be inspected prior to approval? i'm thinking of getting one because of the ski season. mainly concerned about engine and transmission as the car is getting old and stacking up mileage also how's oval.co.nz ? anyone had good ro bad experiences with them?

i haven't seen the car yet cause it's located a bit far from my place but had a chat with the owner it's stock standard and it's had mechanical warranty during their ownership just a question on diff, do they tend to go out quite easy? i will definitely use your tips and i better do some research about the rust by the way, how much would you pay for it max? assuming that it's in tidy no faulty condition?

i'm going to have a look at a v7 sti... it's done 100km and the owner has told me that cambelt and stuff have been changed. hmm.. is there anything in particular i should look at? any common issues on v7 sti?? i just spent last 2 hours looking at impreza forum and decided to start a topic for a buying guide

i would definitely get the cert plate remade. i don't know how much cert costs now but should be at least 400?? they should do their job properly.. after all you spent that much money to have no probs anywhere if the cert dude won't do it for you, just ring up cert head office and he will get into trouble and will do it for ya. i've been through about 3 certs and one dude was a dick when i wanted to get it remade cause of his stuff up (missed out few parts that would worry me)

when does the cambelt need replacing? around 100k? also fluid like gearbox, diffs, radiator and brake will be due? no? hmmm.. i just love the fact that its in stock condition. but then i don't want to get ripped off either lol

sorry for bringing up an old post... but is rev d definitely one to go for? cause i see a lot of price difference between 1998 and 2002 models once i get rev d, i will be broke and won't have spare cents left for a while... if the different between early rev and the last rev is huge, i don't want to regret getting early rev later on.... but then if the differences are minimum, i rather have some money in my bank in case of emergency
