Yeah, cleaned it up real good. So it was very clean for about 10 minutes or so

Changed oil on my girlfriends impreza today, new filter etc. Turned engine on and the filter seal blew out pissing oil everywhere... I am never buying these again, but for anyone considering buying them... STAY AWAY Save yourself the hassle and buy a good quality subaru one. (Hope the buggers refund the oil and filter!)

Will do. Will post outcome tomorrow The owner's dad reakons it could be a grounding issue, any follow ups i should do to remedy/rule this out?

Hey guys! My mate's speedo and rev gauge on 1995 Primera are screwing up big time. Speedo is intermittently going completely, and rev gauge showing 3500revs with no engine off completely and going wacko when engine is on. Any ideas as to what this would be? Should we replace the whole speedo unit or maybe something more complex?

Changed rocker cover gaskets and cleaned off crappy old sealant last owner used Changed Oil and investigated more into leak (turns out sump bolts weren't right) Investigated steering issues (looks like pinion) Investigated coolant leak (looks like a dumb clip) Repaired induction (and put back on properly!) Found out I am running a TD04G Had a big rant about bad mechanics messing up my car Got rid of some scrapes with cut and polish Drunk some monster energy drink and had some saveloys for lunch Took pictures and video as evidence of a crappy job last mechanic did and talked about getting the MTA involved Good day Big thanks to liquid_ice for his help

Hi guys, I'm just wondering if it's possible to change the door hinges on my 95 wagon that dont hold open and dont have an assisted shut, for some hinges from a later model without huge modifications (ie. can i get a set of hinges from a wrecker and bolt them straight on?). Has anyone else done something similar?
