thanks guys.....after i take out the two strips is there a chance the plug will pop off easy? Dont want that happening under boost :( .......also will the injector drop in with aftermarket top feed fuel rails?

i got a set of spare plugs that are off top feed inj, $15 posted and there yours

  2. pmd you koom, and ive said im just going by what been told.

It could be 100% wrong, but im sure koom will let us know soon.

But on the other side i am going to be selling a G4 wire in soon if you needed one to make things easier

  3. pins on the plug in are internally linked, i have full set of the schematics for it. have been linked from the HDR1 board to the CON1 board.

Just running from what link engineer has stated, im pretty sure i trust him

  4. Quote from phil williams

For example there are two pins for Ignition 1 listed in the full schematics i provided, the reason for this is the V3/4 plug-in also fits as plug in for the GT/RS Legacy.

For example Pin 4 is the one used by the WRX and pin 17 is the one used by the legacy.

Just saying that at the ecu point now it is a plug in

No, you will need a wire in

No link has changed the plug in. I have spoken to Phil who is one of engineers

Pm me if want to chat further

  6. im almost doing the same thing atm with putting a v7sti engine into v4sti. wiring is your only issue, really depends on budget with this as v7 up engines run avcs so either need to use a aftermarket ecu that can run AVCS or reloom the car with V8 loom which could be quite hard to come buy.
