Guys, some youth tried to break into my car whilst it was on my drive and damaged the black plastic side trim that goes above the passenger side front/rear doors. They have obviously tried to pull the window out but in doing so have marked the trim. Any idea what this piece is called or where I can find a part number?

That's new to me too. Although on my current car its too quiet.

I forgot those guys were still around, thanks for that.

Guys
Do you have any good audio suppliers/installers you can recommend in the area. Abtec did a good job on my old Honda, just wondering if you have any recommendations?

Seats removed and cleaned this weekend, still trying to get some old coffee stains out of the carpet.
-
Wow they look nice @chulozumo do you also make repairs for kerbing?
-
I'm on my third attempt to clean my alloys, they were really dirty from the last owner, finally getting through layer of brake dust/etching now starting to look silver. First attempt at cleaning the carpet, lots of coffee stains down the side of the seats, but need some more products to clean properly. Also Clay barred the exterior, but it will need the stone chips treating and then a good polish.

Guys
Anyone know how to tune the carbs on a early 1990's Legacy? I'm using $20 and getting a bad return on mileage?

Only 50 litre in a V7 Spec C.

Want to run some 18's on the v7, will 9 inch wide be ok with some guard rolling?
-
Keen but will be on holiday from end March...plus Dragon Boating lol
-
Ok, so who was I talking to who was looking to buy a new quick steering sticker for their car and where are they getting it from?

Guys, how many V7 Impreza Spec C's were produced...cannot find the info anywhere?

I'd go an get a Peugeot 205 GTI 1.9, althought FWD, great little cars and really cheap compared to the hot hatches. E30 would be my other choice, but recently they are getting rather expensive, how about an E34 535i...bit of a barge but would be good fun in a gymkhana.
MR2... hmm depends which generation as the handling is a bit scarey when you lose traction...but great driving position, just a pain to work on the engine.
FXGT Corolla with a 16v 4AGE, also FWD I'm afraid...
Quite sad that I've owned most of the cars we're talking about lol. You'll need to find something that is a little bit obscure or doesnt have every kid wanting to own.. hence the reason Hondas, Silvias, MX5's are so expensive. Get an old 924 Porsche

Sorry guys I've been a bit slack of late or too busy, I'll try and get to on of our next meetings

Idea is to go to one car, wife looks like she has sold hers, so unless she likes the Spec C, I'll be looking for something newer for her as a daily and for me on weekends. She travels about 1km a day tsk!
Ideally looking for something I can modify over time.

I've spoken to STM, they have worked on both, 2.0 appears quicker out of the box, but Doug likes the 2.5 as it has more displacement and torque, plus they can buy goodies from Aus and US as they have the same model.
They just finished a stage 3 upgrade on a NZDM one, with HKS turbo kit and Process West top mount… as front mounts are tricky due to new impact laws and airbags etc plus they dont have much room.
Overall no downsides with either car...hmm homework required

No its not a monsoon shield, its a black plastic trim part that goes from the mirror and then up and over both doors.... I think the monsoon shield usually covers it.
Attached a pic, you can see it between window and the car body.
