About to do an oil change on my v7 STi, which is the best engine flush in your learned opinions?
-
Pretty sure my v7 sti doesn't have electronic key it's a square one. Aren't the triangle ones first chipped ones?

Wheel bearing?
-
may as well try it hey, for 30 mins of labour it could dramatically improve the response of the car...
-
I would say the triangles aren't helping on the front, could you put the MY01's on the front and see if there is an improvement?
I like to try zero cost remedies before spending cash...
I have Bridgestone MY01's on all four corners and find them excellent

what are your current tyres?

ok not ideal then, do a code check and see what code it gives you (even if the CEL does not remain permanently on it will store the fault code in the memory).
Report back with what code you get...

you sure its not the red shift light buddy?
There is a black dial thingy like the one you push to reset the km counter but on the left that you can twist either left or right to make the shift light (and beep) go off on lower or higher rpm

Hey guys,
I put the passengers window down a couple of inches for air then when I went to put it back up it didn't go up. After driving home on the mway it has dropped another few inches by itself.. About to take the doorcard off to have a look, just thought I'd see if anyone had this issue before and had a suggestion?
Cheers

I think you should just get rid of all the little turbos and buy one big one and single it!

probably four hours, possibly more if the nuts are as stuck as mine were. A very long socket extension is your friend to access the nuts holding the turbo on to the up pipe, also long needle nose pliers and a decent light to access the clamps on the coolant hoses.
buy new gaskets, you will more than likely damage the original ones when removing down pipe off the back & turbo from up pipe resulting in leaks when you bolt the new turbo up.
Where are you based?
edit: I see Hamilton or I would have offered some help.
